• Prices include all taxes and every item on offer is clearly priced.

• Providing the goods are in stock, we state a typical delivery time of 3-4 working days from the date of placing the order. However, we are generally much quicker than this whenever possible.

• After your order has been placed, confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to you.

• After-sales service and guarantees: If any of our goods do not reach you in good condition, we will happily refund the items concerned under the Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer under UK law.

Terms And Conditions

The terms set out below aid to protect you by preventing confusion, misunderstanding and to ensure we both act fairly. These terms should be read carefully, as they apply to your use and all orders received via the Sweetselecta.co.uk website at http://www.sweetselecta.co.uk. By accessing this website you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. From time to time, these terms may be updated by us and without notice to you. Every so often, you should review the site for changes to these terms.

1. Sweetselecta Limited Order Acceptance:
   All sales of Sweetselecta Limited goods shall not be regarded as concluded until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Only when your credit or debit card details are processed via the Worldpay facility, will your order to purchase be accepted by us. Sweeteselecta Limited reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment that your credit or debit card is charged.
2. Customer Order Cancellation:
   To cancel your Sweetselecta Limited purchase, you must inform us at sales@sweetselecta.co.uk within 7 days of the goods being delivered to you. You will also need to return the goods to us at your expense. Provided we receive them in fully resalable condition we will return your payment via Worldpay. This right of cancellation does not apply to personalised or special order goods.
3. Prices:
   All prices shown are in UK Pounds and include VAT. Packaging and delivery charges will be added at the checkout. We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for increases in costs, including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.
4. Delivery:
   We will take all reasonable steps to dispatch your order within 24 hours of processing your order. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to dispatch within this timescale or any particular day or dates. Title and risk to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s), for dispatch.
   
   Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch your orders at weekends and public holidays.
   
   4.1. Missing or lost in the post Royal Mail 1st Class delivery:
   If you have reason to suspect that your parcel has become lost in the post you must contact us at sales@sweetselecta.co.uk within 10 days of ordering. We will then complete a Royal Mail missing parcel claim form on your behalf. Once we have been refunded by Royal Mail we will resend your order. We are unable to offer refunds or resend any orders until we have received payment from Royal Mail.
   
   4.2. Refunds under guarantee:
   If your order does not arrive in good condition please return it as if it were a Customer Order Cancellation (see 2 above) but we will in addition refund the cost of return postage and your original order to you via Worldpay providing we are satisfied that the goods were faulty when dispatched. We do not provide refunds for goods that have been mistreated while in transit or have melted in transit due to climatic or atmospheric changes, as these are circumstances beyond our control.
   
   Sweetselecta Limited shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of goods purchased from the website which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been followed. In such instances, we shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you.
5. Ingredients:
   PLEASE NOTE: ALL FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCTS FEATURED MAY CONTAIN NUTS AND ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR NUT ALLERGY SUFFERERS. Where possible, product ingredients will be displayed on the relevant product web page.
6. Legal Liability:
   So far as permitted by law and without limiting your statutory rights as a consumer, our liability to you whether for breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence or otherwise shall not exceed the price charged to you for the damaged, defective items which give rise to such liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused.
7. Acceptance of Sweetselecta Limited's Terms and Conditions:
   By placing an order for goods or services promoted by Sweetselecta Limited, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order.

9. Out of stock or discontinued items:
   We reserve the right to substitute at our discretion any product that may be unavailable at the time your order is processed with similar items of an equal or higher value.
10. Packaging of products shown on the Sweetselecta website:
    On rare occasions goods you receive may not arrive in the same packaging as the illustration on the Sweetselecta website. Weighed out or counted out products do not show the ingredients on the packaging. Ingredients where not stated will be given on request wherever possible.
11. Shipping Prices and destinations:
    If you wish to have Sweetselecta orders delivered outside the UK and the country of destination is not listed at the checkout, please e-mail us at sales@sweetselecta.co.uk and we will add it.
12. Payment orders:
    You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Solo credit and debit cards via Worldpay.
13. Customs clearance:
    If and where applicable, any local import taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
14. Worldpay:

15. Privacy policy:
    We respect your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information we collect about you is used to process your order and to provide you with a good level of service. We will not send you unsolicited e-mails, unless you have agreed for us to send you carefully selected information about our products. If you wish to unsubscribe from our e-mailed mailing list, please contact us at info@sweetselecta.co.uk.
    
    To process any order we will need to know your name, address, and e-mail address. Your credit / debit card details are taken by Worldpay and we do not have direct access to this information. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will keep any information we hold about you accurate and up to date. If, however, you find any inaccuracies, please contact us and we will correct it promptly.
    
    We may use "Cookies", or other technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our website and to provide shopping cart functionality. If you have any questions or comments about privacy, you should e-mail us.
    
    We will not provide, sell, barter or trade any information about you to or with any third parties.

    Photographs of items and gift packages on the Sweetselecta.co.uk website at http://www.sweetselecta.co.uk are as true a likeness as possible. Every effort is made to supply the products listed per package, but in the rare event of supply problems we reserve the right to substitute any item with one of a similar or higher value.
